Ingredients:
1 bunch bok choi, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1" piece of ginger, minced
1 tbsp tamari
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Heat the oil in a medium skillet. Saute garlic and ginger for 2 minutes.Add bok choi and tamari stir occasionally until greens wilt down aprox 2 more
minutes. This is delicious with brown rice
