Salmon Cabbage Bowl

SERVES: 1

INGREDIENTS:

Salmon - 3 oz
Coconut Oil - 1 tablespoon
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Avocado - ½ medium
Cabbage - 1 ½ cups
Onion - ¼ cup

 Chop cabbage and onions.

 Melt ½ tablespoon coconut oil in pan on medium heat. Add cabbage and onions

  1. Cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat.  Add butter.
  2. Cook on low for 2-3 more minutes.
  3. Serve with salmon and avocado. Salt/pepper to taste.
