To be assured of excellent quality Greek olive oil, read the label. It should be clearly marked "Extra Virgin Olive Oil," and acidity levels will be at or below 0.8 percent. Look for the area or region where the oil was produced, and verify that it is, indeed, from Greece.

Interesting. I never knew there was a difference based on where the olive oil comes from. I will have to start reading those labels more carefully.

I learned something new. I have seen the extra virgin olive oil, but never really knew the difference. I use many of the olive oil hair products. Olive oil is seemingly good for many things.
