Bok Choi Stir Fry

Prep time:                         5 minutes
Cooking time:            5 minutes
Yields:                                 4 people

1 bunch bok choi, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1" piece of ginger, minced
1 tbsp tamari
2 tbsp olive oil

Heat the oil in a medium skillet. Saute garlic and ginger for 2 minutes.
 Add bok choi and tamari stir occasionally until greens wilt down aprox 2 more 
 minutes. This is delicious with brown rice
