ripe, fresh Hass avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and sliced

slices whole grain bread

reserved Avocado Hummus (see recipe)

strips cooked turkey bacon

beef steak tomato, cut into slices

alfalfa sprouts (optional)
Instructions
- Spread bread with Avocado Hummus.
- Layer each with 2 strips of bacon, 1 to 2 slices of tomato and 2 to 3 slices avocado.
- Top with sprouts and remaining bread slice.
